Returns & Shipping Policies

• All custom sales are final no refunds or returns.
• All regular sales are final. No refunds or returns ( if you have a special circumstance please email me at Info@mcaseydesigns.com)
• All items are made to order. 
• All orders have a turnaround time of 5-7 days, unless noted in the product description.
• Orders are shipped out twice a week Saturday and Wednesday.
• All items are handmade and no two items will be exactly the same. There may be some variations due to wood and other things.
